In 2010:
The
company is getting ready to promote its new cars
and utilize their resources towards the launch in
India next year. As per Volvo, the cars costing
more than Rs 25 lakh and above in India that grew
by 11% in 2009, which sales of Volvo cars in India
grew by 16% during the year. Volvo will launch the
new 2010 Specs S80, a luxury sedan in India and
will be priced around Rs 40 lakh. The company has
also planning to launch new XC60 SUV and S60 saloon,
both of which it believes are well suited to the
Indian market.
